Music Cities Christmas Itinerary DAY 1: FLIGHT - SPRINGFIELD, MO - BRANSON Fly to Springfield, meet your Tour Director & transfer to Branson for a 2-night stay. Branson is considered, “The Live Music Show Capital of the World.” Tonight enjoy a Welcome Dinner at a popular local restaurant in Branson with your fellow travelers. DAY 2: BRANSON SHOWS & CITY TOUR This morning see the Doug Gabriel Show, Branson’s most Awarded Performer and one of the longest running shows in town. Doug plays his World Famous Mufftar, a guitar made out of a 1969 Thunderbird muffler and adds some classics to his holiday season show. Later venture out on a panoramic Branson City Tour featuring the enhanced downtown waterfront, Branson Landing and learn the history of Branson from small mountain town to show capital. This afternoon board the largest lake cruise vessel in America, the Showboat Branson Belle, to enjoy dinner and a music show while cruising picturesque Table Rock Lake. This evening will be a highlight as you enjoy one of Branson’s most popular performers & experience The Shoji Tabuchi Christmas Show. The world class entertainer and violinist will wow you with an amazing performance filled with holiday music and dancers which is sure to put the audience in a jolly mood for the season. DAY 3: BRANSON - LITTLE ROCK - MEMPHIS Today travel to Little Rock, the capital of Arkansas. Visit the Clinton Presidential Library & Museum featuring replicas of the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room, photograph and video exhibits and a time line presenting the work of the President. Later travel to Memphis and check into your hotel. Memphis features a distinct southern flavor and a history embodied in the melancholy blues. Tonight visit action-packed Beale Street filled with retail shops, restaurants and music clubs. Enjoy a some Southern BBQ during your Beale Street Dinner with your fellow travelers. After dinner maybe take in some of the incredible music at one of the blues or other music clubs. DAY 4: MEMPHIS - NASHVILLE Today enjoy a tour of Elvis Presley’s famous Graceland, a 14-acre estate, museum and entertainment complex. Later travel through central Tennessee to Nashville. Rolling terrain, magnificent mansions and historic sights decorate the countryside as your route brings you to Music City USA. Arrive at the amazing Gaylord Opryland Resort to begin a two-night stay. The resort complex features three interior gardens under glass roofs including waterfalls, a river and lake system with passenger-carrying flatboats plus a variety of restaurants, lounges and shops. Gaylord Opryland offers some of the most distinctive holiday entertainment you can imagine. Tonight enjoy a Holiday Dinner & Show with your fellow travelers at the Opryland Resort. DAY 5: NASHVILLE Enjoy a Nashville City Tour to see the Parthenon (replica), Old Ryman Auditorium, the State Capitol and famous Music Row. Later visit the Country Music Hall of Fame to see how country music has evolved through the past 70 years. The Hall of Fame features memorabilia and displays in a museum setting. This afternoon enjoy the amenities, shops and holiday festivities at the resort. The magic of the Holiday season comes to the Gaylord Opryland Resort with more than 2 million twinkling lights, horse-drawn carriage rides and acres of stunning decorations. This evening enjoy a performance of the famous Grand Ole Opry Show, a Nashville highlight. The holiday season provides a special treat as the Grand Old Opry Show performs at the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown, it’s former home of 31 years. DAY 6: NASHVILLE - HOME Fly home filled with wonderful memories of your Music Cities Christmas Tour.
